Pardon my humble (I think) ego, but a little over two years ago I made a short student film based on my experiences of being a TFF fan, "Call Steve Mellow." I look at some aspects of it now and cringe, mostly because I wasn't completely sure what the hell I was doing, technically speaking (It did, despite its shortcomings, get recognized at the tiny Minnesota Student Film Festival in 2007...I got a gift certificate to rent a camera for a whole weekend). Anyway, I have been told you have seen it (it was on the previous Curt Smith/TFF site for a few months back in '07) and have been very curious about your thoughts on the film, in the event you actually did have the opportunity to see it.
